Welcome to the Promenade!
 We are a luxury condominium situated atop historic Bunker Hill in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. With views of the San Gabriel Mountains to our north, the LA skyline to our south, the Hollywood Hills and famous Hollywood Sign to our west, and the new Walt Disney Concert Hall directly across the street to our east, we truly are at the center of downtown life, entertainment and commerce.
 If you haven’t heard, downtown Los Angeles is undergoing its most dramatic renewal in the city’s 200-year history. The addition of the Disney Hall to our prestigious Music Center, the recent opening of the Colburn School for the Arts located across the street, and the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) just next door have crowned Bunker Hill the west coast’s center for music and the arts.
 Just 10 walking blocks (or one subway stop) away sits LA LIVE, the city’s brand new center for sports and entertainment. Dozens of restaurants, theaters, nightclubs, concert venues and, of course, Staples Center – home of the LA Lakers, Clippers and Kings – make up this vast recreational complex annexed to its south by the Los Angeles Convention Center. Between our home and LA LIVE are dozens of newly renovated high rises, converted from offices and banks to condominiums and lofts.
 Los Angeles has always been a great place to work; now it is becoming the west’s most vibrant and diverse place to live and play. Here is where you find us - Promenade residents - lucky enough to live in the very heart of this exciting growth and development.
 Our website, therefore, is designed to provide information and facilitate feedback for our owners, residents and guests who want to know more about our elegant home and our exciting city.
